Welcome to our newborn care e-course. By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Access & Enrollment
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials through the Kajabi platform.
- Standard Tier ($197): Provides access to the core newborn care curriculum.
- Premier Tier ($275): Provides access to the core curriculum plus additional bonus materials or community features as described at checkout.
2. Continued Access Policy
We provide a one-time payment model for this course. Your purchase grants you continued access to the course materials for as long as this course remains active on the Kajabi platform.
- In the event that the business is retired or the platform is changed, we will provide at least 60 days’ notice via the email address on file, allowing you time to review or download any available resources.

4. Intellectual Property
All materials—including videos, checklists, and text—are the copyrighted property of the instructor.
- Your enrollment grants you a single-user license.
- You may print materials for your personal use, but you may not share your login credentials, resell, or redistribute these materials to third parties.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
- Refund Policy: All sales are final. However, if you are unsatisfied in any way, please let us know and we will do our best to make things right.
6. User Conduct
By using the student portal, you agree to interact respectfully with the instructor. We reserve the right to revoke access if a user engages in harassing or unlawful behavior.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Maryland law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the course materials.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.
